PRICE OF THE SERVICE
Access to the Rip Curl service and its content is free of charge, excluding pay to download images and videos (for each one) and 24 hour or 30 day subscription excluding the cost of telephone subscription and call charges.
Costs of services:
Rip Curl Photos: 1 Euro, including taxes, for an image
Rip Curl Videos: 2 Euro, including taxes, for a video
Rip Curl News 24H: 1 Euro, including taxes, for 24 hours
Rip Curl News 30 J: 3 Euro, including taxes, for 30 days
For flat rate customers, the total cost of the order is debited directly on the telephone bill at the end of the month.
For Nomad or Relax customers, the total cost of the order is debited directly from the call credit (pay for credit for Nomad Spot users).
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The user must have the legal capability required for the contractual commitment related to the service. All the texts, images and generally all the information presented on the Service are protected by intellectual property legislation. The aforementioned information is exclusively for user's personal use. The information may not be used, reproduced, modified, translated, transmitted, sold or commercially exploited by the user in any way whatsoever without prior agreement.
With the exception of any errors or omissions, the information comes from content to which Rip Curl owns the broadcasting rights. Rip Curl will not be held liable for the consequences of any actions or operations realised on the basis of the information provided. Rip Curl will not be held liable should the service not meet the user's expectations. When Rip Curl receives any personal information from the user, Rip Curl undertakes to respect the legal provisions of the law of 6 January 1978 and will not pass on to any third party personal information about a user, without that user's agreement.

Users do however accept that statistical data processing may be undertaken with regard to non personal information. Part of the content relating to the service is subject to payment. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Rip Curl undertakes to scrupulously respect the profession's current publishing regulations: i.e. it has the right to broadcast the content offered on its site, it will do everything within its power to verify the validity of the information provided to the general public, it will respect the current ethics of journalism, it will not abuse the freedoms or rights and dignity of the individual, it will inform the reader of the editorial or advertising nature of the content offered on the present site and it authorises the reader to print all or part of the content of the site for strictly personal use.
The present conditions are in addition to and provide further details on the general conditions of service to which the user has subscribed.
Use of this service is subject to the following conditions: the purchase of a service immediately gives access to the service and leads to the execution of this service. By subscribing, the customer agrees to give up his or her right to withdraw for this service in accordance with article L121-20-2 of xxx of 25 August 2001.
